RANKS
In SM, we have 3 main ranks:
Trial Rings are those who were just accepted and are in their trial phase for 2 weeks. They will adjust to the club and attend practices separate from our competition team to ensure they are at the correct level of dressage for the club, as well as making sure their schedule is suitable for the clubs attendance requirements.

Mini Rings are the members who passed their trial and are now attending competition team practices, learning our competition team ways and proving their dressage to eventually be ranked up to our official competition team.

Rings are our official competition team members who will compete based off their attendance and effort put into the current routine we are creating for whatever competition we may be entering. Saturn Manes only competes in the top, most competitive competitions and our competition team must be prepared to think outside of the box for our routines to be suitable for these competitions, as well as keeping our fundamentals perfected at the same time.
JOINING PROCESS
In order to join Saturn Manes, you must apply and have your application accepted. You will only hear back from us if you are accepted. If we announce that all applications have been read and acceptances have been sent out and you did not receive an acceptance letter, then your application was not accepted. We cannot give a reason as to why your application wasn't accepted as we go through a lot of applications and we cannot remember each specific one and the reason behind it not being accepted. Keep in mind that you are always free to apply again the next time!

If your application is accepted, you will be invited to take a dressage test that covers some fundamentals, as well as some beginner and intermediate moves from the SSD dictionary. If you pass the dressage test, you will be invited to the official discord server as a Trial Ring. This process will take 2 weeks to allow trials to get comfortable in the club and make sure it is the right fit for them and they are the right fit for us. Once we see that you are at the correct dressage level and you integrated well into the club, you will rank up to Mini Ring. Mini Rings may join competition practices to learn routines. When we aren't practicing a routine, Mini Rings will be practicing with Rings during lessons or having their own separate lesson depending on instructor availability. A Mini Ring may still be removed if we feel the competitive atmosphere and routine practices are not suitable for them.
WAITLIST
What is the SM waitlist?
Since we only have a limited amount of spots to fill and so many amazing applications, we decided to put some people on a waitlist!
What does that mean?
Those on the waitlist will be contacted and asked if they would like to be on it. If they agree, they will be invited to do a dressage test once a spot has opened up for them!
How do I get on the waitlist?
You must apply and have your application accepted. The leaders and Puff will discuss who gets accepted and who is put on the waitlist to be accepted when spots open.
Can I be in a club while on the waitlist?
Yes! Since it may take a while, you are allowed to be in a club, however, please communicate with the owner about the fact that you are on the SM waitlist.
How long can someone be on the waitlist for?
Either until they contact us and say they no longer want to be on the waitlist or they are invited to do their dressage test once a spot has opened for them.
Note
If you are recommended, you will skip the application process and immediately be invited to preform a dressage test.
